iBeauty needed to find a way to showcase their services to potential customers on social media platforms, and generate more leads.

The client already had social media pages but was unsure of the steps to take to drive more engagement and leads.
Below are the steps we took to manage the social media pages for iBeauty:
Building the audience:
We gathered target audience and demographic information from the client. The client wanted to target the Fremont area in the US and a 25 km radius of the area. We launched a Facebook Page-Likes campaign to the targeted audience to increase engagement.
Organic Engagement
We published regular posts on social media and maintained an attractive Instagram grid by publishing a beauty quote every two days.
We focused on before and after results of their services, which created a lot of interest and engagement from their audience.
For Facebook, we set up email notifications for every engagement we received from the audience. Below are the results:
Lead Generation and Remarketing
We launched a targeted Facebook ad campaign to reach people interested in beauty and makeup services in the target area provided by the client.
As the final part of the marketing funnel, we created a remarketing campaign to target those who visited our website, social media pages and created a lookalike of the same audience.
