Introduction

iBeauty is a beauty salon located in the United States that specializes in permanent makeup, microblading, lip blushing, and eyeliner services. Their goal was to generate leads via social media platforms and increase the number of customers visiting their salon.

iBeauty needed to find a way to showcase their services to potential customers on social media platforms, and generate more leads.

The client already had social media pages but was unsure of the steps to take to drive more engagement and leads.

Below are the steps we took to manage the social media pages for iBeauty:

Building the audience:

We gathered target audience and demographic information from the client. The client wanted to target the Fremont area in the US and a 25 km radius of the area. We launched a Facebook Page-Likes campaign to the targeted audience to increase engagement.

Organic Engagement

We published regular posts on social media and maintained an attractive Instagram grid by publishing a beauty quote every two days.
